Please read carefully, as certain items, including prescription medications, are non-returnable due to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible products in the following cases:
- The item was received damaged or defective.
- An incorrect product was sent due to an error on our part.
- Non-prescription items, unopened and in original packaging, may be eligible for return.
Please note:
- Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened, tampered with, or if the packaging is damaged due to health and safety laws.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@dosencure.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: We may request photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping
For eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products:
- Dose-N-Cure will cover the cost of return shipping.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for pickup.
For returns of eligible, unopened, non-prescription items:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees (if applicable), within 7-15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription medications
- Opened or used non-prescription items
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Health and wellness items, if tampered with
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the return process to request a replacement or refund.
