At Dose-N-Cure, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read carefully, as certain items, including prescription medications, are non-returnable due to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible products in the following cases:
- The item was received damaged or defective.
- An incorrect product was sent due to an error on our part.
- Non-prescription items, unopened and in original packaging, may be eligible for return.
Please note:
- Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened, tampered with, or if the packaging is damaged due to health and safety laws.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled under the following circumstances:
- Out of Stock Products – If the ordered product is unavailable, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be processed.
- Purchase Limit Exceeded – If the quantity of a product ordered exceeds the allowed limit, the order may be cancelled.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation – You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
- Non-Payment – If payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Disputes & Grievances – If there are concerns regarding authenticity, legality, or payment fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@dosencure.com within 2 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: We may request photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping
For eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products:
- Dose-N-Cure will cover the cost of return shipping.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for pickup.
For returns of eligible, unopened, non-prescription items:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. However, in case of any issues, our refund and replacement policy are as follows:
- Damaged or Lost in Transit – If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will provide either a full replacement or a refund of the total amount.
- Partial Order Delivery—If only part of your order is delivered, you will be charged only for the products received. The remaining amount will be refunded.
- Incorrect Order Received – If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with images for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
- If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Any refund or replacement requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order. After this period, requests will not be entertained.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription medications
- Opened or used non-prescription items
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Health and wellness items, if tampered with
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the return process to request a replacement or refund.
