We accept returns on eligible products in the following cases:

  • An incorrect product was sent due to an error on our part.
  • Non-prescription items, unopened and in original packaging, may be eligible for return.

Please note:

  • Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened, tampered with, or if the packaging is damaged due to health and safety laws.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
  1. Order Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be cancelled under the following circumstances:

    • Out of Stock Products – If the ordered product is unavailable, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be processed.
    • Purchase Limit Exceeded – If the quantity of a product ordered exceeds the allowed limit, the order may be cancelled.
    • Customer-Initiated Cancellation – You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
    • Non-Payment – If payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled.
    • Disputes & Grievances – If there are concerns regarding authenticity, legality, or payment fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@dosencure.com within 2 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: We may request photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.

For eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • Dose-N-Cure will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for pickup.

For returns of eligible, unopened, non-prescription items:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Refund & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. However, in case of any issues, our refund and replacement policy are as follows:

  • Damaged or Lost in Transit – If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will provide either a full replacement or a refund of the total amount.
  • Partial Order Delivery—If only part of your order is delivered, you will be charged only for the products received. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Incorrect Order Received – If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with images for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
  • If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Any refund or replacement requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order. After this period, requests will not be entertained.
